• 30- Day Warranty Policy

We offer a 30-day warranty from the date of receiving to cover any manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for items that are unused and in their original condition. Please note that the warranty does not cover damages caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or improper care.

Care must be taken with your item, as oxidation caused by exposure to chemicals is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, this warranty does not include change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

• What material is our jewellery made of? 

Sterling Silver: We proudly use high-quality solid 925 sterling silver, plated with either 18k gold or rhodium (white). This ensures exceptional durability and a brilliant shine. Additionally, it is hypoallergenic, making it safe and comfortable for sensitive skin.

Brass: Our high-quality brass is electroplated with either 18k gold or K gold, featuring an exceptionally thick and rich deep color. Unlike cheaper options, our superior plating offers unparalleled longevity and elegance. Additionally, it's hypoallergenic, ensuring safe and comfortable wear for all skin types.

Stainless Steel: Crafted from premium stainless steel, our jewellery promises exceptional durability, resistance to tarnishing and corrosion, and waterproof protection. Hypoallergenic and skin-friendly, it maintains its lustrous shine and pristine appearance, offering both style and comfort.

• Are they hypoallergenic? 

All materials are hypoallergenic, making them ideal for sensitive skin.

• Are your jewellery waterproof? 

Generally, jewellery holds up well in water and doesn’t change color. However, it’s not the water itself that causes damage, but exposure to chemicals. 

Stainless Steel: Tarnish-free in water.

Sterling Silver with Gold or Rhodium Plating: Safe for water wear, but avoid strong chemicals like chlorine and perfume.

Brass with Gold or Rhodium Plating: High-quality electroplating offers tarnish resistance, but it’s best to avoid chemicals.

All imitation jewellery will naturally tarnish over time due to oxidasation, a normal chemical reaction. With proper care and minimal exposure to moisture and chemicals, you can help slow down this process and maintain its appearance for longer.

• Where do you ship?

We offer international shipping to destinations including the United States, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and most parts of the world. However, please be aware that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We kindly request that you stay informed about these obligations. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid taxes or duties, we cannot assume responsibility.

• How to measure the ring size? 

1. Cut a piece of string or paper to around 10 centimeters (cm) in length.
2. Wrap it around your finger where the ring should sit, ensuring it’s not too tight or too loose.
3. Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps.
4. Measure the length from the end to the marked point to determine your finger circumference.
5. Use this measurement to find your size using the Ring Size Chart.
6. Remember to double-check your measurements for accuracy and consider factors like fluctuating finger size during the day.
