All our jewellery is hypoallergenic and made for everyday wear. Sterling silver and brass are also nickel and lead free, and stainless steel is the gentlest option if you react to most metals. Every listing names its base material, so check there if you already know what suits you.
Our plating is thick electroplating, not a thin flash coat, so it holds longer than most jewellery at this price. Keep it away from perfume, hairspray and chlorine and it will stay rich for a long time. All plated jewellery wears with time — that's normal wear rather than a fault.
Stainless steel is waterproof and won't tarnish. Sterling silver and brass are fine around water, but it's chemicals that cause damage, not water — chlorine, salt water, perfume and hairspray. Take those pieces off before swimming, and put jewellery on last, after perfume.
Earrings are sold as a pair unless the title says "1 piece" — those are singles for helix, cartilage or mix-and-match styling. "Charm Only" listings are one charm without the hoop, and ear stack sets say how many pairs are included.
Every order is sent from our own studio on the Gold Coast, Australia, and leaves us within 1–2 business days. Australian delivery is 2–6 working days standard or 1–3 express, and free on orders over $100. International delivery times vary by destination — you'll see the options at checkout.
Change-of-mind returns get store credit within 7 days, if unworn and in original packaging. Earrings can't be returned once posted, for hygiene reasons, and personalised pieces are final sale. If something arrives faulty that's different — every piece has a 30-day warranty, so send a photo and we'll replace or refund it.
For US, UK and Canadian orders, duties and taxes are already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery. Orders to all other countries may be charged local duties, taxes or import fees on arrival, and those are payable by the recipient.
