- What material is our jewellery made of?
Our jewellery pieces are crafted from a diverse range of materials, allowing us to offer a variety of designs. We utilize high-quality brass ,copper and stainless steel with premium electroplating with18k gold, k gold, white gold.
For our delicate and meticulously crafted designs, we exclusively employ solid 925 sterling silver. To achieve enduring elegance and vibrant color, we enhance our pieces through premium electroplating with 18k gold and rhodium.
- Are they hypoallergenic?
- Are your jewellery waterproof?
- Stainless Steel: Tarnish-free in water.
- Sterling Silver with Gold or Rhodium Plating: Safe for water wear, but prolonged exposure to strong chemicals (like chlorine and perfume) can lead to corrosion and tarnishing.
- To maintain your jewelry’s brilliance, remove it before swimming and minimize chemical exposure.
Additionally, our brass pieces with gold plating are best kept away from chemicals at all times.
- Haven't received any order confirmation.
Upon placing an order, we promptly send the order confirmation to your registered email address. If you choose to opt out of email subscriptions, please be aware that you may miss out on this important confirmation. We recommend keeping your subscription active for seamless order processing.
- Can't find my tracking number
For orders under $80, we offer free untracked shipping. This shipping method usually takes 3 to 10 working days, although occasionally it may take longer due to delivery volume. Please keep an eye out for a pink envelope in your mailbox; your order is on its way! If the delivery time seems excessive, feel free to reach out to our customer service team at info@anett.com.au.
- Where do you ship?
We offer international shipping to destinations including the United States, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe, and most parts of the world. However, please be aware that for all international orders, customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We kindly request that you stay informed about these obligations. In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid taxes or duties, we cannot assume responsibility.
- How to measure the ring size?
- Cut a piece of string or paper to around 10 centimeters (cm) in length.
- Wrap it around your finger where the ring should sit, ensuring it’s not too tight or too loose.
- Mark the point where the string or paper overlaps.
- Measure the length from the end to the marked point to determine your finger circumference.
- Use this measurement to find your size using the Ring Size Chart.
- Remember to double-check your measurements for accuracy and consider factors like fluctuating finger size during the day.
