We provide 14 days refund for the item sold. Postage and resizing fees are not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. All return must be in its original condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage, and without any alteration to the product). Please contact us before returning the items for the returning address.
For hygiene reasons, as required by law, earrings are not returnable. This ensures every customer receives brand new, unworn earrings. Returns are accepted only if the earrings are faulty.
