We provide 14 days refund for the item sold. Postage and resizing fees are not refundable. Buyer is to pay for return postage. All return must be in its original condition (original condition constitutes Not Worn, no scratches, no wear and tear and no damage, and without any alteration to the product). Please contact us before returning the items for the returning address.
Earrings can ONLY be returned if items that are damaged or defect (this specification is a health regulation with all earrings).
