One big stone, turned sideways.
Most pear pendants hang point-down. This one is set east–west — laid flat across the collarbone instead of pointing at it. It is the detail people notice before they work out why, and it is the reason the stone reads wide and generous rather than small and safe.
The stone is 5A cubic zirconia, the top grade, cut and polished to throw light the way a real stone does instead of glinting flat. At 12mm × 8mm it has the look of a three carat stone — big enough to carry a plain neckline on its own, still fine enough to layer under a longer chain.
The chain is dainty on purpose. Nothing competes with the stone.
