Personally, I won’t be buying from them again due to the stones falling out after six months of owning. I was simply cleaning the jewellery with a cloth they provided me when I started to notice two stones had fallen out of one of the earrings, and then one more came out of another earring. Mind you, I have cleaned them before as I was so careful trying to make them last the test of time. They’re so loosely placed in, but due to simply cleaning the jewellery, I was told by Anett that it was “wear and tear”, which was basically saying it was my fault before offering me a 30% off discount for only one of the earrings. A bit upset with the customer service as well, as they ignored me for a bit until I sent another email.
